CARMA is pleased to announce that registration is open for the 2020 CARMA Winter Short Courses Program, to be held for the third consecutive year at the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.  This upcoming program, on January 9-11, will offer participants their choice of nine courses, each lasting two and a half days, with an emphasis on hands-on experience and on the application of the topic with an equal amount of lecture and lab-time. Instructors are leading methodological scholars recognized within the organizational studies and management areas as experts on their topics, and several are current or past editors of leading organizational journals.  Courses cover a variety of quantitative methods and include the use of R (a language and environment for statistical computing/graphics).  Participants without prior experience in R can take a free 4-hour workshop prior to the Short Courses either in-person (January 8) or on-line (after December 6).
