I think the main two moderators I'd be interested in exploring in my MA are gender, age, and work tenure. Because I'm looking at the effects of different leadership types and identity outcomes, I expect these to differ depending on how old someone is, how much work experience they have, and whether they are male or female (due to the gender gap).
