I'm curious about the following. Namely, do you have a research project in which you intend to use one or more of the advanced SEM topics? If so, why don't you provide a brief description of the project and how you intend to use the SEM topic in it? I'm sure others would be interested as well.

Good morning! I am posting this during our first break today. I have a project that seeks to look at employee passion over time when faced with employer exploitation. I am thinking latent change score analysis will be an appropriate approach, but I am also curious to see if anything else we cover would make more sense.
