Registration Instructions

First, you should register as a CARMA website user from the link below.

Second, after completing your registration process, send an email to [email protected] to request primary contact status because only primary contacts can purchase a membership on our website.

Third, we accept payments by credit card, by check or by wire transfer. The process for each is different. You can find further instructions below for each of them.

  • If you want to pay by credit card:
    1. The primary contact needs to log in to their CARMA account here: https://carma.azurewebsites.net/account/login
    2. Once they log in, on the right-hand side, they will see an option to “Purchase Subscription.”
    3. They need to select the appropriate membership—Institutional Premium or Institutional Basic.
    4. Here, they can enter their credit card information.
  • If you want to pay by check:
    1. If you need an invoice before paying by check, send an email to [email protected] to request an invoice.
    2. Once you inform us, we will register you to the related membership manually and you can access to our sources. You can check your membership from your CARMA account. Please, click “View Subscriptions” and check your “Active Subscriptions”. If you cannot see the membership you want to purchase, let us know.

Note: Make checks available to CARMA at TTU and please send the checks to following address:

  • If you want to pay by wire transfer:
    1. If you need an invoice before paying by wire transfer, send an email to [email protected] to request an invoice and we will send you the details of wire transfer.
    2. Once you inform us, we will register you to related membership manually and you can access to our sources. You can check your membership from your CARMA account. Please, click “View Subscriptions” and check your “Active Subscriptions”. If you cannot see the membership you want to purchase, let us know.

Note: Please include ‘’TEXAS TECH CARMA” in the details/description area of your transfer.
