Hi everyone! My name is Damian Zivic. I am a fourth-year PhD Candidate at Indiana University. I am on the OB side of our management department. I mostly do research on leader-follower dynamics in the context of dual leadership, which is becoming a common practice in organizations such as matrixed or multiple team memberships. 

I am taking this course because the questions I am seeking to answer in my dissertation may require polynomial regression, and I know very little about it.
