I am a Ph.D. student in Business Administration at Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business, with a concentration in Management and Research Methods. My research focuses on leader-follower relationships, inclusion in the workplace, and the development of rigorous measurement tools in organizational behavior. I also teach undergraduate courses in organizational behavior and diversity, equity, and inclusion. I am passionate about advancing methodological best practices and contributing to research that supports equity and well-being in organizations.
