Dr. Shelia K. Keener
Biography
Dr. Sheila K. Keener (she/her) is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Strome College of Business at Old Dominion University. Her research interests include improving scientific credibility and research quality in Management and Industrial/Organizational Psychology, including through the adoption of open science practices. A second research interest includes employee selection and assessment. Her work has been published in outlets such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Organizational Research Methods, and the Journal of Organizational Behavior. Her research has been cited in media outlets such as the Washington Post, Forbes, and the Virginian-Pilot, as well as in social media. Biography
Dr. Ann-Kathrin Torka (she/her) is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Chair of Social, Work, and Organizational Psychology at TU Dortmund University. Her research focuses on Open Science in Psychology, particularly within the field of Work and Organizational Psychology. She is also interested in motivation in teamwork. Her work has been published in journals such as the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, Advances in Methods and Practices in Psychological Science, or Psychological Bulletin.
